I recently had a small computer glitch with my Honda and he immediately resolved my issue (at no cost to me) and did everything possible to make my experience as hassle free as possible. I felt like I was his best customer and I am sure I am not. I can only assume he treats all his customers in this manner! Like most people, I feel like I am a very busy person and Ted made what I though was going to be a hassle a pleasant experience.
