After having a total loss, I had been trying to locate a particular vehicle within a limited amount of time. It was like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Steve was able to deliver literally the truck of my dreams. I was dreading dealing with another dealership but Steve heard the stress I had already endured and insured me that I would not experience any stress or pushiness here. Right again! Matt became my best friend as he helped me crunch numbers and bend his ears as I sorted through my financing options (he got me a better deal than my own credit union)!!!! The dealership is about an hours drive from me so I was scrambling in my head how to get back to the dealership to pick up the vehicle with a rental! Cawood to the rescue...Matt offered to have it delivered to me! I can't tell you how much that helped me out. AND I was able to get out that rental early because of it.
