Consistently reliable service and vehicles--I used to always buy another brand but have found Honda vehicles far more reliable to drive since my first purchase from Cawood in the 1990's! The only problem I encountered was that a computer problem happened while I was waiting and I was not notified when my car was finished so I spent extra time in the waiting room. At least I got more of my book reaq! The PA snnouncements need to be made m;uch clearer. Neither I nor my wife heard our name called when the car was ready. More
