This was my third vehicle with Cawood Honda. Everyone from the receptionist, to the sales staff, and the Service Center is always polite, and eager to make my experience a positive one. My Salesperson, Brooke DeGeorge, went above and beyond to put me into the Honda that I wanted. She was so kind, caring and patient (I am not the easiest customer to work with). I never felt pressured or rushed. The paperwork went smoothly. I was in and out with my truck in no time. More

Night owl/early bird drop off service is terrific. I scheduled the appointment because my older car started making a noise whenever I accelerated - sounded like goats shrieking - and I was concerned I scheduled the appointment because my older car started making a noise whenever I accelerated - sounded like goats shrieking - and I was concerned maybe a belt or something needed to be replaced. And then a day or so before my appointment, the noise just stopped. No screaming goats. Cawood mechanics examined the car, and the belts all seem to be fine - in fact, everything seems to be fine. And it runs fine. Still no goats. I picked my car up that afternoon - no charge. This is why I bring my car to Cawood - they fix it when there's something that needs to be fixed, and don't make up things that need to be serviced - even if I would be likely to believe something needed to be serviced, given the age of my car. I also get emails letting me know when it's time for routine service, so I don't have to keep track of everything, but can still easily plan the routine maintenance to take care of my vehicle. But when the car looks okay and nothing needs to be serviced, they don't try to sell me something I don't need. I bring my car to Cawood because I trust these guys. More
I talked with Rob about getting my vehicle serviced while I was on vacation. I was able to drop the vehicle off and pick it up at my convenience with the work completed.
