I have worked with Brian Foltz since I purchased my 2007 Prius brand new. I have since purchased a 2017 Prius. Brian is very attentive to the needs of both vehicles. He is very easy to work with and I feel Prius brand new. I have since purchased a 2017 Prius. Brian is very attentive to the needs of both vehicles. The service department is terrible at estimating your wait time, but is resourceful when digging deep for excuses why. Don't waste your time waiting if you're Hispanic. They tend to cater more toward others. I was having my two front tires balanced and after waiting an hour and a half, I was told it would be an additional 45 min wait. What was really great is he was eager to say you can come back another day since its after 5. Definitely won't buy here again. More

It's just unfortunate that you have dealerships that poorly represent the core beliefs of Toyota (Continous Improvement, Quality, Safety, Respect) . I have a 2012 tundra with all the upgrades (Trd stabilizer bar, Trd exhaust, and Trd supercharger). I took my truck in for an engine bay noise. They could not determine what it was and held my truck for over two weeks 5/16-6/7. Geronimo there service rep began suggesting maybe if we change out the belt and then continued to make several guesses. All which would have been a waste of money because we both knew these would not solve the core issue. He seemed completely ignorant of how to fix the truck and the technicians didn't have a clue either. There manager finally made the call and just gave up. It was an incredible waste of time. Ultimately I just needed someone to fix my truck and I would have paid what ever was necessary because I wanted Toyota techs on it. Then I called Toyota corporate (Monique) and they were no help either. My advice is just avoid Cavender at all cost. If you absolutely need a Toyota, universal is a better dealership because they actually have folks on staff that formerly worked for the plant in Texas. Calendar confidence is a complete sham they will tell you what you want to hear just to get a sale. They literally will lie to you for example I went the Toyota Borne recently and they start to tell me and my sister about the TRD Tundra pro and how it has a new transmission. Now if you are familiar with Tundra you know that is a complete lie. Just be smart when you're car shopping and do your home work. I was just recently able to push my sister away from Cavender and we ended up going to universal Toyota. Now my dad is up for a new car as well and I’ll make sure he avoids Cavendar too. More
Outstanding customer care I had an issue at another dealership that was handled unprofessionally. I was ready to quit buying Toyotas due to this poorly handled situation. Then, I remembered Cavender had treated us well in the past. I asked for the manager, and he immediately assured me they would do everything possible to help get my new 2016 RAV4 fixed at no cost to me. He assigned me his Assistant Manager, Mike. When I returned for my appointment, I was taken care of immediately. The end result was they went ahead and ordered the parts and will fix my broken roof rack at their cost even though they can't get reimbursed under my warranty. I appreciate them listening to my understanding of situation and not shifting blame or responsibility like the other dealership. More
