Issues: - Car sold without proper inspection - Misaligned tires - Missing roof rack and cargo cover (was part of the package) Contacted customer relations (Director Dickenson and Manager Hector) about these problems. Dealership's response was slow and inadequate: Took too long to replace tires (45 days) and replaced only 2 tires instead of all 4. And on top poor follow-up and communication Overall, an inefficient and frustrating experience. One of the worst car-buying experiences I've had. I would not recommend More
