Everyone I interacted with was fantastic, but I really feel my service rep Kai went above and beyond to make my experience a great one. I really appreciated how she took the time to guide me through the process, like managing expectations with troubleshooting an intermittent issue I was experiencing, keeping me in the loop with updates, and going over what maintenance was done and plan for future maintenance visits. I'm also impressed about how the staff checked in for feedback and if there was anything that could be done better to improve my experience. Everything was great!
