My vehicle was repaired in approximately 30 minutes. My only complaint is I could have brought my vehicle in on Saturday. When I called to see if the psrt was in I was told by an employee,in the service My only complaint is I could have brought my vehicle in on Saturday. When I called to see if the psrt was in I was told by an employee,in the service dept., that it was not in. When called on Monday I was told that the part did come in on Saturday..So I had to rush from my job on Monday afternoon to go 30 miles back to San Marcos Nissan, when the repair couuld have been done on Saturday. The person I dealt with was off on Saturday. So whoever was working Saturday clearly lied to me about the part not being there. More

Bag of lies and hot air Took Pathfinder for rattling noise coming from driver side door. They claimed the fan motor was bad, brakes were bad, and car top rails were bent. They soaked me for $600 and my extended warranty for $700. They Did Not fix the problem. All they were interested in was seeing where they could make the most money. Horrible place and Nissian should remove the authorized dealer label from San Marcos Nissian. Stay away from this place !! They are only out to steal your $$ More

No communication and don’t honor appointments Took vehicle in a week ago and made an appointment. The appointment was not actually an appointment at all, it was a spot in line. So I chose to get a Took vehicle in a week ago and made an appointment. The appointment was not actually an appointment at all, it was a spot in line. So I chose to get a rental. Vehicle “fixed” the next day on a recall. Had to bring it back in for the exact same six codes in the check engine light exactly one week later. Dropped it Thursday and no call to update me after two days. I call trying to get someone on the phone which also took 15 minutes to get an answer. Eileen seems like she is nice, but an absolutely terrible communicator. Would not recommend the service department. Did not fix it right and failed to communicate. Told me it was driveable and the part is on back order. Go elsewhere. More
