Cavender Nissan San Marcos

Service issues dropped off car for cosmetic issues and routine service, mainly to have carpet replaced. Car was there for 5 weeks, carpet wasn't even ordered until dropped off car for cosmetic issues and routine service, mainly to have carpet replaced. Car was there for 5 weeks, carpet wasn't even ordered until week 3 even though when I made the appointment it was with the understanding that the carpet had already been ordered. When I picked it up, there was a new issue with the electronics in the dash and a new dent in my passenger door. I had to leave it there another 2 weeks to get the electronics fixed and was told the door dent would be taken care of while it was there. When I picked it up the second time, the dent was still in the door. Service dept told me they would be in contact every day to make sure it was taken care of. It has now been almost a month and I still have the dent in my door even though I have called back to the service dept and again been assured that it would be taken care of right away. More

Ultimately they scheduled me to bring it in 2 weeks later (day before I was to leave on vacation) with no guarantee it would be looked at that day. More
