Louse customer service I bought a certified pre-owned Xterra from them. Within a week the check engine light came on. I immediately took the vehicle back to the dealer and w I bought a certified pre-owned Xterra from them. Within a week the check engine light came on. I immediately took the vehicle back to the dealer and was told they would have to keep it for several days. I asked about a loaner vehicle and was told they couldn't do that. Ultimately they scheduled me to bring it in 2 weeks later (day before I was to leave on vacation) with no guarantee it would be looked at that day. More

Oil change/Tire rotation Had an appointment for an oil change at 8:00am. I also had a tire rotation too. I was in and out in 45min. Way better experience then the first time without an appointment. I waited nearly 3 hours and the service ppl left grease marks on my hood, steering wheel and inside door. Tim was awesome though and took care of me. I drove from Pflugerville because I like this dealership better then Round Rock. Long drive, but service worth it! KUDOS TO TIM AND HIS TEAM! Thanks!
