No communication and don’t honor appointments Took vehicle in a week ago and made an appointment. The appointment was not actually an appointment at all, it was a spot in line. Vehicle “fixed” the next day on a recall. Had to bring it back in for the exact same six codes in the check engine light exactly one week later. Dropped it Thursday and no call to update me after two days. I call trying to get someone on the phone which also took 15 minutes to get an answer. Eileen seems like she is nice, but an absolutely terrible communicator. Would not recommend the service department. Did not fix it right and failed to communicate. Told me it was driveable and the part is on back order. Go elsewhere. More

Fake Warranty I purchased a 2016 Rogue and the two year maintenance warranty (to cover 2 years worth of ALL maintenance) and they stopped honoring the warranty befo I purchased a 2016 Rogue and the two year maintenance warranty (to cover 2 years worth of ALL maintenance) and they stopped honoring the warranty before one full year. This works out to over $400/oil change given the cost of the warranty. Only covered 4 oil changes. Absolutely do not recommend! More

During the sale, she was honest, gave me accurate information, and answered my questions, I appreciated the fact that she was respectful of my time and handled everything efficiently. It was easy to contact her after the sale to get answers to a couple of questions. I would recommend this dealership to others looking for a car. More
They called the police on me for no reason My girlfriend and I went to test drive a Rogue. On the test drive a deer ran across the street and we accidently hit it. I figured everything was ok bc I know dealerships have insurance on their cars for incidents like this. Back at the dealership, the sales manger John Putman, tried to get me to sign a paper saying we were completely at fault. I called USAA (my insurance) and they said not to sign it because their insurance is primary and mine is secondary and their insurance would contact mine if anymore info was needed. I told him I wasn't going to sign it and told him what my insurance agent told me. He kept trying to pressure me to sign it and making rude remarks to my gf saying, "Y'all are at fault and have to pay because we can't get the deer's insurance." He kept saying that his GM Konali (probably misspelled) told him that he has to get me to sign it or call the police. Well, HE CALLED THE POLICE. When the officer got there and John started to tell him what happened, the officer cut him off and said they don't do reports on animal collisions and then told him what I was telling him the WHOLE TIME. The GM never showed his face (if he was even there). I called repeatedly and left messages to the GM but no call backs. More

Horrible This dealership tricked me into financing a car with %18 interest rate(Nissan Sentra). I found out through a dealership my sister goes to (also nissan This dealership tricked me into financing a car with %18 interest rate(Nissan Sentra). I found out through a dealership my sister goes to (also nissan and same bank) that they would finance me at %6, no cosigner. I had the car for less than a day and they would not take it back. They were very rude and unprofessional. These people are only nice to you IF you're buying a car. I would advise anyone to stay away from this dealership. More

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!!!!! They sold my son a car that was way over blue book & then charged him 10.91% interest with me as co-signer.
