This is where I met Mike Riley as my new service man. Mike was professional and took the time to listen to each of the problems I was having. On both of these issues it took a while to narrow it down to the bottom line. During my visits they brought in Justin Moore with his expertise. Both Mike and Justin were professional, concerned with my unusual situation and worked hard to get it done as quickly as they could. Thankfully these 2 men were the ones that worked on my vehicle. I will always know that I can trust them as they are reliable and dedicated to help. More

Literally moments before we signed on the dotted line, the sales agent informed us that in spite of what the CarFax report said, our vehicle was NOT actually certified pre-owned. So we wouldn’t be getting the better warranty. We discussed it and against our better judgement, decided to continue with the purchase. There was some minor damage to the vehicle. The sales rep told us that it would be fixed. I guess we should’ve got that in writing. We get a call later - AFTER WE’VE BOUGHT THE CAR - that it was going to cost us $200. Then we get the estimate in an email. $250. So they either made a mistake that WE had to pay for ... or they lied. What could we do at this point? We paid the money. When we get the vehicle back, there was paint spray all over the window. Did they not tape it off? AND hey never detailed it. How do I know? Because I found a chocolate chip cookie under the front seat. When we returned to pick up the vehicle, no one wanted to deal with us. They were defensive and rude. Then we keep receiving the surveys asking “How did we do?” I called the number four times over the last few weeks. To date, no one has returned my call. More

It's an outstanding vehicle with a complete Car Fax history and the salesman, John Mahon, is the best. He is relaxed, friendly, truthful and patient. It was a very pleasant experience compared to the week before at competing dealer in a nearby city. The difference between that fiasco and our Nissan Of San Marcos experience was that of day and night. This was a very pleasant and satisfying trade. We were also impressed with Lawrence in Finance. He's friendly, relaxed and very efficient. He went the distance to make certain we knew and understood the contract terms.The Mercedes was cleaned and serviced and then delivered to our home by the salesman, John Mahon. All in all, this was a very pleasant interaction with real pros! We highly recommend this clean, modern and well-staffed dealership! More

Don’t buy a car here very dishonest I bought a used Altima from this dealer. When they gave me the Carfax, they left off a page (the one showing the car had been wrecked two times) . Now the dash has a 3 foot crack in the dash from door to door, of course, they will not fix that either. They do not stand behind their work and they lied to me when they sold it to me. BUYER BEWARE!!! They are one of the worse dealerships in the state of Texas. More
Craig is worthless! Scheduled an appointment to buy a truck from them that I was already preapproved for and was assured the truck would be there when I got there for my Scheduled an appointment to buy a truck from them that I was already preapproved for and was assured the truck would be there when I got there for my appointment only to arrive, fill paperwork out, and find out the truck had been sold from under me even though Craig assured me he'd have it ready out front with the keys. Drove all the way from out of town hitting traffic, which is frustrating in itself, just for them to try and sell me somwthing else. Again, I was already preapproved for a specific truck! They could have had the courtesy to call and tell me the truck I was already approved for sold before I got there for my scheduled appointment. Why schedule an appointment and then call me later in the day to verify my appointment if they were just going to sell the truck and then they had the audacity to try to get me into something else! Bait and switch some other chump! What a waste of time! In Texas if a man's word is no good then he is no good!! Thanks for wasting my time! More
