This place was amazing, I spoke with Julian on the phone and the conversation was very smooth, he told me once I arrive to the dealership that Thomas would greet me. I drove to the dealership, FROM AUSTIN, and the conversation was very smooth, he told me once I arrive to the dealership that Thomas would greet me. I drove to the dealership, FROM AUSTIN, i got there at 6pm, and was julian mentioned, i was greeted by thomas, we got the ball rolling immediatly and walked out at around 8pm with the car that I was initially focused on, no hassle, no back and forth. Thomas walked into the back office, spoke with the banks, came back to me, told me my rates and I drove home happy, with no form of regrets whatsoever! Thank you Thomas and Julian for making this happen! More

My wife was is San Marcos shopping friday. We were in the process of shopping for a new car for her. So she decided to stop in at this dealership to lookie-loo at what type of car she wanted. Well the sharks process of shopping for a new car for her. So she decided to stop in at this dealership to lookie-loo at what type of car she wanted. Well the sharks, spotted this little 5 ft. 100 lb. Rn and took full advantage of her, never met a bad person personality. They sold her a new msrp listed 20000.00 dollar car for 35000.00. Now get this after putting a substantial down payment on a car she never got to look at, let alone test drive. Why because the car is in west Texas. After Bombarding her with every addon they could muster. They sent her on her way without her money, no new car, a halfass copy of a simple sales contract with arbitrastion provision. Which has one apr at a lower rate aswell as lower monthly payments, with no itemization page, no odometer disclosure statement. And check this out the final page that summarizes what she will be paying for. This page has a inflated apr, different from the front page in which they presented to her as her apr and monthly and higher monthly payment. Talk about non-disclosure. To top it off the back page has no signatures from the seller or my wife the buyer. So today i call the saleman Roy Gonzales, he put me in touch we his manager David Webster, what great customer service the guy has. NOT!!! i inform him that we no longer want to accept this deal and need her down payment back. He started his xx car salesman game, talking down to me like i had no clue what i was talking about. When i quoted a couple of my elevated terms from the lawbooks viva unversity of Texas law school, explaining to him that to be considered a legal contract, there has to be an echange between both parties involved. I.e. you take her money but you never gave her anything in return but an empty promise. What ever happened to customer service? And are they really hurting that bad for money that they will take advantage of a five-foot nothing Rn, that just stopped by to look, not buy. If they need money that bad, xxxx i will lend it to them at a exorbitant interest rate like they did her. All i have to say is one dahy we will be in the desert, and i will have the water. More
June 2021- this place is under new ownership and you can tell!! This was probably the easiest car purchase I have ever experienced. Stress free and Kind is how I would describe the employees and the dealers tell!! This was probably the easiest car purchase I have ever experienced. Stress free and Kind is how I would describe the employees and the dealership itself. Such a difference from the owners before! Thank you to my Sales Professional, Mireya Sanchez, for being so easy going, for listeing to my concerns and for allowing me to be as picky as I was. You heard me and made it happen and I couldn't be any more grateful! Thank you for not being the "typical" car dealership and for letting me be!! I appreciate you! More
