Shifty, not trustworthy, inferior work. Not happy with the new dealership. I've used Nissan since 2017 when I purchased my Murano for maintenance. Since Cavender took over the service department tries to talk me I to work that does not need to be done. The last oil change and tire rotation will be the last visit to the dealership. They told me my brakes were dangerously low and needed to be replaced. It would cost me $333 per brake if there was no damage. I purchased brakes for $120 (all four) and had my brother in law help me replace them. Over half the pad remained, they were not dangerously low and there was no rotar damage. The worst part is that my lug nuts were all dangerously loose, which could have caused an accident...because the dealership did not tighten them well. I was also missing one! I used to trust Nissan and the service I received. No longer! I thought my next car would be a Nissan... I will be reconsidering. More

Took a running auto in to be serviced, after multiple drives back and forth, i drove my car home and the next day it was dead. "Be careful. It appears Nissan Certified does not mean Nissan guarantees that keyfobs and HomeLink work. Nice people BUT I did not get my problems fixed. One keyfob NEVER worked correctly. I guess I expected to much when I assumed it would be repaired or replaced. Homelink does not work (open/close garage), previous 2018 Murano was easy to make work, this one does not work. NOPE, dumb me. I thought Nissan Certified meant something. I guess in the future I will find out what else it does not mean More
