I went in for a battery on my 2022 Altima , the young man that helped me was very nice.I was in and out but what. I have Never written an auto dealer review before. ...But over the last 30 years of buying cars I have been treated like royalty like Cavender's treated me...Clayton was really on the very as ball...pe ...But over the last 30 years of buying cars I have been treated like royalty like Cavender's treated me...Clayton was really on the very as ball...persistent but pressuring...and John Lewis and Lily went out of their way to make the closing process smooth and professional...we drove 15 hours round trip to buy the Titan Platinum Reserve and was 100% thrilled with the whole process....EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO DRIVE, IT IS TOTALLY WORTH IT AND THE TRIP THERE IS SO SCENIC!!! They are unorganized and will make you wait hours to buy and service your vehicle. I have waited multiple hours just for an oil change multiple times. They don't do paperwork properly and forget that I have and service your vehicle. I have waited multiple hours just for an oil change multiple times. They don't do paperwork properly and forget that I have already paid for the service option multiple times and don't let me leave. They would also never give me updates on my vehicle and always see it done but no one ever meets me. I have to get up and wait by the door for someone to say it is finished. More
