I am rating my visit with Cavenders Nissan in Rockwall, Texas poor because the Service Adviser recommended I have a Cabin Filter replaced in my car that had already been done previously. I had forgotten that the cabin filter had been replaced recently before and I feel it was his job to have known that by looking at my previous visit records. I don’t feel good about going back to that dealership. He didn’t even suggest about me getting a refund at all. More

So I called today to find out about my registration with the temp plates are up on the 19th I wish I never went to you guys! Why have y’all be sitting on them for a month? I will NEVER get another Nissan because of this experience and lack of service y’all say you pride yourselves in! A joke! As soon as I can trade it in I’m going back to Kia! Nissan has lost me as a customer and this was my third Nissan. Never again More
I was in your dealership on the 25th to have an in warranty replaced on my 5 month old Murano. I was sent to Cavender by Greenville Nissan because they did not have a battery. Greenville Nissan also warranty replaced on my 5 month old Murano. I was sent to Cavender by Greenville Nissan because they did not have a battery. Greenville Nissan also did not send the necessary paperwork so additional tests did have to be performed. I liked the service I received at Cavender's. Will not return to Greenville Nissan More
