The absolute WORST experience buying a car ever!!! I WILL NOT BE BACK!!! They sold me a car with items, it was not equipped with!! (Landon & Aaron). When I went to return it, they tried to lie (Thomas WILL NOT BE BACK!!! They sold me a car with items, it was not equipped with!! (Landon & Aaron). When I went to return it, they tried to lie (Thomas, Landon & Aaron) and said the car did have the features they sold me, which Nissan Corporate confirmed, the car was not equipped with those features they sold me. They told me the car was already funded, therefore, I could not return the car 24 hours after my purchase. They proposed to sell me a car that did have the features that I was suppose to already have on the car they sold me, they even admitted their staff was not up to date on their training, hence, how this ever happened with them selling a car with features it didn't have. I had thousands of dollars in equity with the deal I made for the car that had features it ended up not having. They proposed a different car that was more expensive, had the features I was suppose to already have on my original purchase. Aaron & Landon told me we would do an entire new deal on the other car with those features I thought I already had. My payments would go up $75-$80 a month and my finance would extend from 72 mos to 84 months & I was getting a deal!! WOW!!!! THEIR MISTAKE, NOT MY FAULT THEIR MANAGEMENT CHOSES TO NOT TRAIN THEIR SALEMEN ON THE CARS THEY ARE SELLING!!! Obviously, things weren't adding up... I then had my son, who has previously sold cars and he came up to the dealership. THEY WERE TRYING TO MAKE MONEY ON ME AGAIN ON THEIR OTHER PROPOSED CAR & MORE!!! THOUSANDS PEOPLE!!! THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS..... My son reviewed the paperwork and was astounded.... THIS WAS THEIR ERROR,, THEY ADMITTED....AND WERE TRYING TO SCREW ME OVER AGAIN AND MAKE ME THINK THEY WERE MAKING UP FOR THEIR ERROR!!! THE OWNER, COLBY then became involved.... The car I purchased from them with features they sold to me, which didn't have those features they now offered for me to trade in for the vechicle wiith the features I thought I had WITH A TRADE IN OF $6K THOUSAND DOLLARS LESS THAN I PAID FOR IT 24 HRS EARLIER!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? THEIR MISTAKE, THEY ADMIT THEY WERE NOT TRAINED!! I LOSE 6K!!! to trade for a vechicle I thought I was getting the first time. The owner even admitted his salesmen were not trained on this...I GUESS AT MY EXPENSE~~~~!!!!! I WAS STUCK WITH THE CAR THEY SOLD ME WITH FEATURES IT DID NOT HAVE OR TRADE THE CAR I HAD BOUGHT 24 HRS EARLIER TO GET THE FEATURES THEY SOLD ME THE FIRST TIME AND LOSE 6K FOR MY CAR THEY SOLD ME 24 HRS EARLIER. THE OWNER WAS NOT WILLING TO MAKE THIS RIGHT OR COME OUT OF HIS POCKET FOR HIS & HIS SALES TEAM TO MAKE THIS RIGHT!!! COLBY, OWNER WOULD NOT EVEN MEET HALFWAY.... THIS DEALERSHIP NEEDS TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS~~~~~ BEFORE ALL THE REST YA'LL GET SCREWED AS WELL!!! I AM SO DISGUSTED!!! ALL OF THEM SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES! In addition, I had originally purchased a extended warranty, if my son had not asked them to cancel it and ensured we filled out the form, they would have & may still try to pocket that $4200 dollars as well!! I spoke with Edin Moeses over the phone looking for a Nissan Versa for my son. She told me over the phone, that they are a family owned dealership, and that they do not charge hidden fees such as dealer Nissan Versa for my son. She told me the price on the Internet is the price you pay minus tax, title, and normal fees. She found a car for me, then turned me over to a salesperson, Brenden Regan, who worked up a quote. He added a $2K market adjustment fee. When I asked why he said, "That was the case, unfortunately we are as of now in the worst inventory situation we have ever been in with seeing inbound vehicles still not coming in at the pace we’re pushing them out. I do understand that miscommunication and I can talk with My General Manager. But With only having 2 Versas in our entire 5 store group, we are very aggressive with pricing considering the availability." So to me they seemed shady. I wouldn't trust this dealership. More

I wouldn't trust this dealership. Both the sales guy and his manager were dishonest and they falsely advertise prices, then they try to stall you until they finally give you an outrageously high out the doo his manager were dishonest and they falsely advertise prices, then they try to stall you until they finally give you an outrageously high out the door price. They are rude and disrespectful when you don't have the budget. They'll look down on you as if you're below them because you can't afford it. I wouldn't purchase from dishonest dealerships who try to price gouge and they wasted of my time! There are better dealerships out there. More
People were friendly but confused. I purchased a 2018 Rogue in May 2021 certified pre owned. First there was a problem with the rear of the car as soon as I brought it home. To me they should have found any issues during their inspection it made alot of noise. I took it back they gave me a rental car. I called later to see if they found the problem but they couldn't locate my car. Finally they called and said they located it. The next day they called and said the courtesy vehicle they gave me had been already sold to bring it back. I did and they gave me another. About 10 days later my car was ready but the tags had not come in. A few days later they called and said I couldn't get the tags because the certified car with 110 point inspection had never been inspected at all. So another trip up there to get the inspection done. The tags came in about 10 days later. I picked them up and tried to install them but one of the screws had been stripped when they put the temp tags on. Another trip up there to let them figure it out. Today I get a call from the dealership asking me when I can pick up my plates. Duh! I told her I picked th e m up in June. Now does sound like a place that knows what's up. All those trips up there that was totally unnecessary especially to find out they put a vehicle up for sale with no inspection a certified pre-owned supposedly. More
