I am rating my visit with Cavenders Nissan in Rockwall, Texas poor because the Service Adviser recommended I have a Cabin Filter replaced in my car that had already been done previously. I had forgotten t Texas poor because the Service Adviser recommended I have a Cabin Filter replaced in my car that had already been done previously. I had forgotten that the cabin filter had been replaced recently before and I feel it was his job to have known that by looking at my previous visit records. I don’t feel good about going back to that dealership. He didn’t even suggest about me getting a refund at all. More
