I purchased my very first brand new car from Cavender Grande over the weekend and couldn't have been happier with the experience! I really like that the salespeople work as team. Initially, my appointment was with Lance but I showed up an hour early and Lance was in the middle of helping someone else. Rather than make us wait, Lance passed us on to William who was amazing! Car salesmen get a bad rap for being smarmy but William was anything but. He was professional and friendly, listened to what I wanted, and made the whole process as easy as buying a car can be. I felt like I was working with a friend. Management was very welcoming. Two different managers (Lori and Aaron I believe) stopped to say hi and see if we needed anything - that's it. They didn't hover or interfere or try to push us into a more expensive car - they just wanted to say hi. Finally, the finance guy, David - super nice! He presented and explained all of the a la carte warranty options and then left it up to me to add or not add whatever I wanted. He accepted my choices without trying to upsell. I really appreciated that. Overall exceptional experience! I'll definitely go back to Cavender Grande in the future and recommend them to everyone I know. More

I brought my vehicle in for a recall service on the given appointment date. I took the day off from work. When I arrived I was told the part did not arrive. I mentioned that I had taken a day off from work a appointment date. I took the day off from work. When I arrived I was told the part did not arrive. I mentioned that I had taken a day off from work and why wasn’t I notified. The service manager said there was nothing he can do, turned away and started talking to the other employees about his beer drink binge the night before. I then called Ford directly and filed a complaint. STAY away from this dealer. More

Excellent customer service I purchased a new F250 from Grande Ford on 12/9/16 and the salesman I was dealing with ((Rocky) was not going to be there the day my truck came in so I purchased a new F250 from Grande Ford on 12/9/16 and the salesman I was dealing with ((Rocky) was not going to be there the day my truck came in so he set everything up with Brian, When I got there everything went just right. They had the truck detailed and I was in and out of the dealer with in 45 minutes. I think the guys name was Alex I asked him if he could sync my phone into my new truck and he not only did that but he went over all the different things in the truck. Everyone at the dealership was very professional and I will be buying the truck from Grande from now on. More

Doesn't get any better than here! Searched for a very specific vehicle for 6 weeks. Found Grande Ford in Texas (we live in Ohio) who had the exact vehicle we were looking for. Initial Searched for a very specific vehicle for 6 weeks. Found Grande Ford in Texas (we live in Ohio) who had the exact vehicle we were looking for. Initial email along with all the following questions we had were answered immediately. I had direct contact with Anthony at all times of the day. In a crazy, busy, sometimes unkind world I had no worries through the whole transaction. Anthony was patient, kind, and most of all a man of his word. Honest & trustworthy. He arranged to have the vehicle shipped to us. I had direct contact with everyone involved, even the car hauler driver. Documents that had to be signed were sent by over night mail with paid return postage to send documents back. We purchase, signed, and paid all from Ohio without any problems. I could not ask for a more respectable dealership or salesman than Anthony and Grande Ford and would not hesitate to buy from again. As for the Expedition... .WOW. Its perfect! Thanks to Anthony for providing such great customer service and helping us purchase the vehicle that will keep our family safe for many years. We sure appreciate you. More
