Airbag Light Boondogel This was a long process because they don't set an appointment. Instead it is first come first serv. There for it takes much longer while my truck is waiting at the dealership for its place in line. So I tend to wait until an oil change is due so at least while the truck is waiting around some other service can be done. While waiting on the oil change to come due the part need to repair the airbag lite was sent back and was not in house when I scheduled the oil service. So it had to be reordered. The airbag problem started at 33,000 miles and after two attempts to fix it we were at 45,000 miles. The part goes back and were at 50,000 miles. I believed it was a less than 36,000 mile warranty item and was suprised when Jay said there was a $100 charge. He when to Jeff the service manager and they said the had a budget somewhere they could charge the $100 to. That kind of service to the customer will not be forgotten and I will continue to choose Reynolds as my Ford factory service provider. I just don't think they should have to charge a budget when it was a less than 36,000 mile warranty item. Thank you Jay for your help in this long drawn out matter that could have been so much easier if they would allow scheduled appointments. More
