dissapointed but not suprised! I purchased a certified preowned 2011 ford ranger.Part of the agreement was to have front windows spray-in bed-liner done at dealer cost.Now,I made a I purchased a certified preowned 2011 ford ranger.Part of the agreement was to have front windows spray-in bed-liner done at dealer cost.Now,I made a appointment on a Thursday for the following Thursday.I spoke with Mack.Everything seemed fine.I still felt it wouldn't go well.I had a service appt. as well for that Thursday.Folks,im 52 yrs old,bought many new and used.I know how this works.Mack,i found out later , didn't schedule the items that morning I dropped truck off,called about 1130,Mack had did nothing,he said he was busy with customers.Needless to say, by me calling, the items got done.But,again,when i got my truck back,i was not happy.Please understand,when a customer has a situation like this,when you have the dealer get things done,the two parties agree on a price in writing.On this deal,the truck was taken to one place for both items.Mack never called me to ask if i wanted darker tint or the bedliner over the rails.Two big decisions for me.All folks concerned knew i would pay the difference.Later,Mack told me ,after giving him my thoughts,Monty,im not making money on this deal.I was speechless,he then accused me of calling him a liar and hung up! More

Ford F150 2002 with 89,000 miles. Work was done on timely basis. Staff was helpful, and friendly. Cost was reasonable and the 21 pt. checkup was performed.
