Caused more damage than they repaired!! Horrible service. Was quoted $300 for labor but the day I dropped my car off was told that it would be $360. Wasn't happy but the work had to be done and could only be done at a dealership. When they called to tell me my car was done they also informed me that while closing the hood the windshield cracked. The crack originated from the bottom right of the windshield on the inside below the molding yet they insisted it was already damaged since there was already a chip in the very middle of the windshield nowhere near the crack. The best they could do was split the cost of the windshield with me. Better than nothing I thought... Until I was driving home and noticed the moldings on the sides of the windshield flapping in the wind, wiper fluid not working even though it was full, wiper blade cover gone, globs of paint on the front of my hood which appeared to me a very poor attempt at fixing a few scratches. $1000 to fix my PCM now hundreds more to fix the damages and all they could do for me was take $87 off the bill. More

We were called later to tell us they didn't have the correct part, and it would cost over $300 with the correct part. My husband expressed our dissatisfaction with the change in price. I would say they did take about $50 off the price when we picked up the car. More

Oil change and service for my 2011 Shelby GT 500. I have not only purchased Fords from Reynolds, but have them serviced there over the years. I have always found them to be friendly, helpful and very I have not only purchased Fords from Reynolds, but have them serviced there over the years. I have always found them to be friendly, helpful and very interested in taking care of any problems or issues that might have surfaced with the vehicle. Oil Change and Recommendations The oil change was great which was what I went for but the recommendations on what was wrong with my vehicle were totally off. I was told the eng The oil change was great which was what I went for but the recommendations on what was wrong with my vehicle were totally off. I was told the engine light and the ABS light were on. I told them that I knew that but my husband said not to worry about them. The tech said the ABS was my airbag system which meant that my airbags were not working which is totally incorrect. The ABS is my antilock brake system. He also said my brakes were OK now but had wear. I had just had my brakes replaced little over year ago and I don't drive the truck very much at all Also that my battery wasn't putting out the proper amps. When I said I just had my battery replaced within the last year or two he said well maybe our equipment isn't working quite right. Sometimes equipment works and sometimes it doesn't to go get it checked by where I had bought my battery. He also said the ball joints were worn. The truck has 55,000 miles on it and has never been driven on rough roads. It has no popping or grinding sound. The tires do not wear unevenly like they would if the ball joints were worn out. They also forgot to put on one of the center caps on my right rear wheel. When I went back they were going to take it back to the mechanic to pop it on but then decided that they could do it right there. The man asked me if my tires and everything were OK and I said funny you ask that because I thought one looked low He said what year is your truck? I told him 2000 He said will that truck has a light on the dash to tell you if you have low tire pressure and he looked in my truck and said and it's not on B I left knowing I do not have a light for low tire pressure. This was the first time I had brought the truck over for just an old change. I know these guys are on commission for selling repairs but this was ridiculous. The next time I get my oil changed it will not be at Reynolds Ford. I wish that they could just do the oil change and be truthful for any work that needs to be done so that people could trust their judgment More
