Excellent Service I went for the Oil Change along with tire rotation and basic inspection. I was overwhelmed with the inspection. It hardly took and hour in the Quick Lane and not to mention they have awesome coffee and hot chocolate, and yes Katie was very energetic. More

Bad customer service I had them do a warranty work on my truck. I purchased the transmission from a different dealer 03-16-16 it started to stick this year. The transmiss I had them do a warranty work on my truck. I purchased the transmission from a different dealer 03-16-16 it started to stick this year. The transmission company said they would swop it out with a new one so they did. The transmission company gave them $300 for labor and Reynolds said to me to pay the other $650 for the rest of labor. Or they can't let me have my truck back. They told me it takes a good transmission guy 6 hours to swop it out. I could do it in 4 hours on my drive way and would have but I work a bunch. So I think the $300 for 3 hours was ok for the work. If a dealer who pays his tec $40 an hour and a shop hand $15-$20 and we know the hand did the work and the tec just looked at it. So what I'm getting at is they worry about money more then customer service. I don't do reviews but this really chapped me and I hope you guys ask before they hit you with a bill you didn't know about. I payed the bill and will never do work with them and I will tell my neighbors and guy's at work not to use them. If you do ask A lot of questions and remember they look out for them first and the customer second. More

I have purchased several vehicles over the years and have dealt with CW Evans, I have never had anything but the best experience with Reynolds Ford. I have purchased several vehicles over the years and have dealt with CW Evans, Jerry Stanley, Steve Christensen and Jo Hong. This was the first time I had dealt with the service department, other than regular maintenance, but again received the customary outstanding service from Jeff Hamstead. Jeff along with CW went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and left satisfied and happy. It is nice to have confidence in a dealership that takes good care of their customers. Fast courteous service Went in for an issue with the start button. The CSR was on the phone when I arrived which was fine, we made eye contact and I acknowledged I knew she Went in for an issue with the start button. Another gentleman came up and asked if I had been helped yet, I said no and he immediately started asking about the problem. He jumped in my truck did a quick evaluation and said let me check to see if the part is available local. He did some checking real quick and came back and said that they would have to Fed-ex in the part from another state. I set an appointment for the next day after the Fed-ex was to arrive. When I returned the next day Fed-ex had not arrived yet. The CSR that was on the phone the previous day apologized for Fed-ex not having been there yet and offered to call me as soon as she had the part to be replaced in hand. I agreed and left. About 2 hours later she called me, I went in and they had the job done really quick. I will be back to use Reynolds Ford service dept. again. Hal Smith More
The service was not completed as expected. Just over a week after this service my low tire pressure light came on. When I checked my tires, all the tires on the ground checked at 25-28 lbs pre Just over a week after this service my low tire pressure light came on. When I checked my tires, all the tires on the ground checked at 25-28 lbs pressure, Its supposed to be 35 lbs. The spare, which is supposed to be at 60 lbs, checked at 30 lbs. This leaves a question in my mind if the rest of the service was done as expected, specifically, was both the oil and filter replaced? More
