We are sorry to hear about your issue. We have investigated your concern and learned the part that was installed at a facility other than ours was a used part. The supplier of the part paid around a third of the labor cost for us to replace the transmission, and supplied another used part. This supplier is not affiliated with Ford Motor Co., so our organization cannot control their policy's. Had the transmission originally been replaced at our facilities, the repair would have been covered 100%. We have made calls to them on your behalf requesting reimbursement for the difference between their payment, and your out of pocket expense. Respectfully, Ken Hines Fixed Operations Director
