I bought my Expedition here when it was Reynolds Ford. After being taken over by Cavender Ford things have gone downhill quickly. At first I decided to give them a little time to get organized simply du After being taken over by Cavender Ford things have gone downhill quickly. At first I decided to give them a little time to get organized simply due to convenience of location. They just haven't gotten it together and I don't think they will. Up till now things were relatively minor inconveniences with routine service but once major warranty work needed to be done their issues really began to show. Warranty transmission work and cam phasers needed to be done at the same time, I also had warranty wheel damage that was approved so I was going to have them do it all at once. Well they botched the transmission fix the first time and proceeded to do a complete rebuild of the transmission. They had my vehicle for 17 days and somehow couldn't get the wheels done in that amount of time. They wanted to keep my vehicle for another week after already having it for 17 days, just to do the wheel fix. I said the will fix was going to have to wait because I couldn't work for those 17 days without a vehicle. The service manager and the finance manager agreed that was a botched situation and we came to the terms I would be at the top of the list for the next loaner vehicle and at that time they would do the wheel work. 2 days later my transmission is overheating, not shifting, and spueling transmission fluid all over the highway. Turns out the technician had overfilled the transmission with fluid, so they had to flush it and whatever else was needed, so 3 more days without my vehicle. Now it has been 2 weeks and still no longer vehicle or wheels repaired and no communication. I have lost all confidence with Cavender Ford. More
They're not Reynolds. That's for sure. Reynolds was the place to buy. Ford service is u iversally bad, but the service department here has an especially bad attitude. I d That's for sure. I drove my truck in and had to get it with a wrecker because they were $2,000 more than the next equally bad Ford dealer on a new engine. xx fronted this, they quickly backpeddled on their "absolutely best price." Had another truck in for bad ac. They couldn't find the problem and asked me to bring it back after they ran dye in the system. Tried several times to make an appointment and Jay never would call me back after saying he'd be ready when I was to check the truck. Now the warranty is out. Think they're working on it? More

My car AC was misbehaving and I learned I would have to take it to a dealership to see if they could figure out what was wrong. I chose Cavender for the service. The receptionist who answered the phone and the service person in the Service area were excellent - cheerful and responsive... Empathized with AC issues! My service Advisor Jaxson Mowby was excellent - explained everything very well when I brought my car in and even helped me get four recalls done at the same time. When he called to let me know my car service was complete, he sent me a video that showed the service person doing a complete checkup of my car which was included as part of the diagnostic cost. I thought that cost was only for the AC diagnostics so it was a wonderful surprise to know the service person was so thorough. The shuttle drivers were wonderful. Checkout was super easy. I would choose Jaxson and Cavender next time I need service for sure. Thank you to everyone who made my experience so pleasant. More
I’ve been getting my car serviced here for 8 years. The last few times have been very unprofessional. After getting an oil change and my tires rotated, I left the lot with a loose tire, due to my lug n The last few times have been very unprofessional. After getting an oil change and my tires rotated, I left the lot with a loose tire, due to my lug nut not being put back on tight enough. I ended up having to go back, and got my money refunded for the inconvenience. Today, they broke my lug nuts on one tire from putting them on too tight the previous time (after I had to take it back). I spent 3 hours sitting in the lobby for an oil change and missed an appointment that I couldn’t make it to, due to their incompetence. I was understanding initially because mistakes happen, but after being told “it should be ready in 15 minutes” two different times and still having to wait an additional hour is unacceptable. I will NOT be going back. More
My 2011 6.7 Diesel Engine was leaking oil upper oil pan gasket along with a turbo pedestal gasket and a couple other things that I wasn’t aware the Service advisor informed me of those things as we proceed gasket along with a turbo pedestal gasket and a couple other things that I wasn’t aware the Service advisor informed me of those things as we proceeded. Their Certified Technicians completed all the repairs with Motorcraft replacement parts. I will do Appreciate all that they’ve done for MY 2011 Super Duty the Shuttle driver to the Cashier it was a all around good Experience. I will continue to use Reynolds Ford OKC for all my 2011 Super Duty needs. Terry W. More
Shady. Unethical. Deceptive. Liars. Their service dept work left us broken down and stranded 1200 miles away from Okc. Then they promise us a new crate motor which should've already been installed in our work left us broken down and stranded 1200 miles away from Okc. Then they promise us a new crate motor which should've already been installed in our Expedition because they've had it in their shop since Nov 28th 2021. Now Mr. Franklin says they're not going to install the new motor unless we sign a document stating we won't sue to get back the money (over $4K!) To get us and our vehicle back home thanks to their techs screw up on the timing chain repair we paid them $2500 to fix! That's a stand up GM right there. Blackmailing his repeat customers & going back on his word to replace our motor at no cost to us unless we sign his "Promise not to Sue us" document. No wonder people call them "STEALERSHIPS". More
Took my car in for a brake job when they opened at 7 a.m. and they kept my car through closing. I pick up car and the brakes are squeaking which shows that they never bothered to take off the back wheels to and they kept my car through closing. When I came back the next day they told me that it would cost me another hour of labor for them to take whatever was out of my back brake pads and fix what I initially came in for which was my brakes in general. You had me miss a whole days of work and pay for that day, literally the worst service experience I've ever had minus the advisor who seemed like the messenger bearing of bad news of the xxxxy tech's that are rushing through job after job after job. I will not be taking my car back there ever again. I had to go home and after waiting 2 days do everything myself. Thank you for ripping me off Reynolds Ford. Savior generic responses for somebody else who gives a f*** More
