Patrick, I’m sorry to learn of your recent experience. Our employees at all levels take great pride in serving our customers and providing the level of service they expect and deserve. I appreciate your feedback. I have looked into the events of your recent visit and purchase. I understand initially in the sales process, our salesman incorrectly stated to you that the tinting, active exhaust and B&O Sound system were included in the price quoted you. However, the error was caught by sales management and this was conveyed to you. You were informed that you could switch to a different vehicle that had the Active Exhaust and B&O Sound system and that if this is what you desired, the price of the vehicle would be higher to reflect these options. However, because our salesman spoke incorrectly, if you still wanted the original vehicle, we would be willing to discount the price by $1,500. The only thing that would be included in the original price would be the window tinting. If you wanted the black roof wrap, there would be a charge of this and the price was quoted to you. The salesman assured me that he informed you that the wrap price was not included in the vehicle price. Again, we apologize for the confusion. We appreciate your business and value you as a customer. I’m disappointed for us obviously falling short. I have looked into your concern and understand that our Finance Director spoke with you regarding your experience. He mentioned that you asked if you could bring in a draft to pay for the vehicle and he informed you that would be fine. When he checked back with you, you indicated that you’ll just go ahead and stay with the contracted finance arrangements. Again, I apologize for any misunderstanding or confusion.
