Sorry to hear your disappointed, however I'd like to clarify a few issues you brought up. You brought the vehicle to us after another shop could not repair the issue. You asked us to replace the PCM, and did not want us to diagnose the cars drivability issues. Video taken of the car at write up showed body damage of some sort on the majority of the body panels, as well as a crack slightly larger than a golf ball to the windshield. After installation of the PCM you requested, the engine still had a miss. Because you stated you were the spouse of a deployed service member, we diagnosed and replaced a ignition coil at no additional charge. Normal retail would have been $270.00 for this repair alone. The windshield did indeed crack further when the hood was shut. Because of the existing damage we did offer to split the cost with you to replace and you requested we take the $87.50 off your bill, which we happily agreed to do. We made no repairs to any moldings, washer systems, or paint touch up. We certainly tried to go above and beyond for you and are sorry we failed to meet your expectations.
