Reynolds was the only one that has the exact car I was after, so I had no choice. I am so glad fate had brought me here, I was helped by Steve Christensen before I even got out of my old car. He greeted me and we told him what we were after, within minutes we were already driving down the road. Steve listened to out proposal and took very good care of us each step of the way, it was actually painless. Everything was done in a day I couldn't believe it. The last dealership I had dealt with took 4 months to complete my transaction, I did not even get the car I wanted plus I had 3 different salesmen in that time. I love Reynolds, they are professional, friendly, and they made me feel like a friend, not a sale. I will continue my business with this dealership, I will even service my other vehicles here. Fast courteous service Went in for an issue with the start button. The CSR was on the phone when I arrived which was fine, we made eye contact and I acknowledged I knew she Went in for an issue with the start button. Another gentleman came up and asked if I had been helped yet, I said no and he immediately started asking about the problem. He jumped in my truck did a quick evaluation and said let me check to see if the part is available local. He did some checking real quick and came back and said that they would have to Fed-ex in the part from another state. I set an appointment for the next day after the Fed-ex was to arrive. When I returned the next day Fed-ex had not arrived yet. The CSR that was on the phone the previous day apologized for Fed-ex not having been there yet and offered to call me as soon as she had the part to be replaced in hand. I agreed and left. About 2 hours later she called me, I went in and they had the job done really quick. I will be back to use Reynolds Ford service dept. again. Hal Smith More
