I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. This is the first Ford I have owned and to be honest, I was skeptical. However, I researched all SUV's and kept coming back to the Ford Escape. The best test is to drive it. I previously owned a Honda CR-V and I liked everything about it except the loud road noise. New tires didn't even help bring down the roaring sound every time I drove on the highway. So far, I am very pleased with my 2017 Ford Escape. The sales was a very pleasant experience - no pressure - and the salesman, Steve Christensen is very knowledgeable and accommodating. The fact that he has sold Fords for over 20 years speaks for itself. Larry Green, General Sales Manager, seems to genuinely care about the satisfaction of their clients and made me feel very comfortable. Jordan Lee, Business Manager, is an exceptionally pleasant young man and also made me feel very comfortable. My personal shortcoming is that when I find a process that works the best for me I like to continue that process. The only problem with that is when "progress" forces you to make that change. All in all - I highly recommend all three gentlemen! More

This was the first time I had dealt with the service department, other than regular maintenance, but again received the customary outstanding service from Jeff Hamstead. Amazing Experience I went to "look" for a truck. I have been looking for one for about 6 months. Previously, I had encountered a 'less than desirable' sales person at I went to "look" for a truck. I have been looking for one for about 6 months. Previously, I had encountered a 'less than desirable' sales person at this location, which caused me to drive off of the lot. It upset me so badly, that I called them after I drove off the lot. For perspective - I HATE CAR BUYING. However, I went back to Reynolds Ford to give them a second chance. That's when I met Alan Coffee. He didn't pressure me, allowed me to look at what I wanted and just chatted with me. After asking me what I wanted, he showed me one truck. It was the one that I had been looking for. His low pressure approach (actually "no pressure") made this the absolute, hands-down best car buying experience of my life. Finance was a breeze as well. I couldn't recommend Alan and Reynolds enough to express how impressed I am with this location and staff. Thanks!!!!! More
