Review of Dealership vs their Service Department I was pleased at the purchase of my car. I found out a few months later that the place I purchased the car was sold. I called to set an appointment to have the oil changed and this is when I found out the dealership was sold, because SERVICE department did not know anything about the coupon, but the person I was talking to said they had an oil change for $22.95. The coupon I was receiving was for $19.95. So the next week I took my car to the Ford dealer that had owned the dealer where I purchased my car to change the oil. When I checked out the cost was $47.95. I asked the service person why it was that much when the person had told me $22.95. He said I would need their coupon. So I told that for $25 I would to the other dealership. More
