Worst dealership! They sold the car to me but did not bother to look at my insurance or notify me that it would need to be register differently being out of state. Went back up there to be corned by two men that basically said we just sold it to you that’s the only thing we are responsible for. Also had small mechanical issue with truck and purchased extended warranty and was told it was to soon to use it?!? More

I’ve been getting my car serviced here for 8 years. The last few times have been very unprofessional. After getting an oil change and my tires rotated, I left the lot with a loose tire, due to my lug n The last few times have been very unprofessional. After getting an oil change and my tires rotated, I left the lot with a loose tire, due to my lug nut not being put back on tight enough. I ended up having to go back, and got my money refunded for the inconvenience. Today, they broke my lug nuts on one tire from putting them on too tight the previous time (after I had to take it back). I spent 3 hours sitting in the lobby for an oil change and missed an appointment that I couldn’t make it to, due to their incompetence. I was understanding initially because mistakes happen, but after being told “it should be ready in 15 minutes” two different times and still having to wait an additional hour is unacceptable. I will NOT be going back. More

Ordered a new kingranch and waited 8 months, still no truck. Supposed to be in any day, Was totally low balled on my trade, by a smart mouthed sales manager. I bought a new Kingranch that night from another dealer. I think that Cavender should think about how they treat return buyers and buyers that have been waiting for months. I found out through the other dealer that my order truck had $4700 worth of options that were not going to be on it. Cavenders didn't say a word during the 8 months. I would have shoped elseware. Surprise the options you wanted aren't on the truck that you've waited on for 8 months, and here is your lowball price for your trade. they suck More

ran my credit, did not even try to work with me and done it all over the phone!! Caused my credit score to drop! I dealt with the director, who was worse than the finance jerk. he called me with all the nu it all over the phone!! Caused my credit score to drop! My 2011 6.7 Diesel Engine was leaking oil upper oil pan gasket along with a turbo pedestal gasket and a couple other things that I wasn’t aware the Service advisor informed me of those things as we proceed gasket along with a turbo pedestal gasket and a couple other things that I wasn’t aware the Service advisor informed me of those things as we proceeded. Their Certified Technicians completed all the repairs with Motorcraft replacement parts. I will do Appreciate all that they’ve done for MY 2011 Super Duty the Shuttle driver to the Cashier it was a all around good Experience. I will continue to use Reynolds Ford OKC for all my 2011 Super Duty needs. Terry W. More

I've read a few good reviews on Austin Nelson. I disagree he never gave me the chance to rate him. I bought my last car from Reynolds OKC but never again. I went on line looking for a new vehicle a disagree he never gave me the chance to rate him. I bought my last car from Reynolds OKC but never again. I went on line looking for a new vehicle and Austin was the one to respond. He seemed nice and interested. Sent me a video of a hybrid ford escape. I told him I was not interested in a hybrid. Well that was it! I never heard from him again. I followed up but he would not answer my text. Total silence! So I went to Reynolds Ford of Norman. They were awesome, 5 star rating. Got me what i wanted and super friendly and had all my answers. Another salesman reached out to me (Blaine Kennedy) from Reynolds OKC. Same thing I told him my experience with Austin and once again total silence. Forget Reynolds OKC, go to Reynolds Norman where they treat you right!! More

Shady. Unethical. Deceptive. Liars. Their service dept work left us broken down and stranded 1200 miles away from Okc. Then they promise us a new crate motor which should've already been installed in our work left us broken down and stranded 1200 miles away from Okc. Then they promise us a new crate motor which should've already been installed in our Expedition because they've had it in their shop since Nov 28th 2021. Now Mr. Franklin says they're not going to install the new motor unless we sign a document stating we won't sue to get back the money (over $4K!) To get us and our vehicle back home thanks to their techs screw up on the timing chain repair we paid them $2500 to fix! That's a stand up GM right there. Blackmailing his repeat customers & going back on his word to replace our motor at no cost to us unless we sign his "Promise not to Sue us" document. No wonder people call them "STEALERSHIPS". More
