Richard did his job. Not happy with how long the wait time was. Appointment was at 9am and vehicle didn't go in the bay until 10:30. I went to get the battery replaced in my vehicle. Simple process that I expected to be under warranty was not and cost $250 dollars and took 2.5hrs to complete. Two days later while riding in the passenger seat i could hear a rattle. Upon investigation yhe battery was not secured in the bracket and hold down clamp and the coolant reservoir was not secured to the fender or bolted down to the two mounting locations. I am currently missing one of the flange nuts as well.. After getting a call from the service manager and asking for a call back later since I was unable to chat he never returned the call even after I called back when I was available 20 minutes later and left a message. That was 2 business days ago. This department has slowly gone downhill over the last few years in quality. More
