Joshua Trevino was awesome to work with. I felt like he worked hard to make the deal happen including delivering the car himself! Called at 7:00 in the morning on 11-9-22 and talked to a lady for service to replace a broken side roll up window. She said someone would call me when they got in. I called back a few hours later and talked to a guy who again took my info and would have someone call me. As of today 11-10-22 @2:00 PM no call. I just spent a lot of money at this dealership for tires and shocks but I guess a window replacement is not enough to even call me back. Will NOT ever be going back here. More

Updating my post to add the sales office is the absolute worst and a waste of time. We tried to give them another chance after their original xxxx up of stereotyping my husband and I and now my mother in la worst and a waste of time. Always highly recommend the service department at Cavendar they’re apparently the only ones who do their job there and take customers serious. Billy and Richard are the only reason we continue getting our trucks serviced here. 2 ratings 5 stars as always to the service department they always go above and beyond 0 stars for sales who seem to treat customers by stereotypes. Have yet to hear from the sales rep. More

Very pretty Dealership. They have so much money that they can ignore customers. Had an appointment today at 2pm. Showed up a little early. Checked in with the receptionist and she said my appointment was with Jonas. Sat down for a few minutes then told the receptionist that I'd be walking around in the front. Spent about 30 min walking around. Saw a lot of what appeared to be important people pretending to be busy. Made eye contact with about half of them and the were pretty good about ignoring me. I know what the problem must of been "I was invisible ". Next week I'm going to Houston, maybe they will be willing to see me and sell me a Silverado. More
Returned 2019 Traverse for engine oil leak. Rear main seal and oil pan gasket leaking. 6 days in the shop (including a Sunday) for this job isn't unreasonable EXCEPT it was like pulling teeth to get any seal and oil pan gasket leaking. 6 days in the shop (including a Sunday) for this job isn't unreasonable EXCEPT it was like pulling teeth to get any status updates. Pick up on day 2? day 3?loaner offered day 5?... Poor communications from Cavender. Appears to be significant turnover among service writers and previous loss of experienced technicians has taken a toll on customer service. Then we try to pick up vehicle and floor mat is dirty and battery light on due to a connection left unconnected. Yes, they washed the vehicle, but (per Billy) they should have vacuumed floors and didn't. The Cavender boys have been in the business a long time... complacency? I'm reminded that any Chevy dealer can perform warranty work, no matter you buy the vehicle. Cavender needs significant improvement on quality control and customer service, especially communications. More

They got my wife and I the vehicle we were looking for but since then, they have been horrible. I have called multiple times to get help with my Cavender protection package, which ended up being a waste, I have never been able to speak with anyone, they keep sending my call to extensions that make me leave a voice mail and I have NEVER received a call back. I purchased my other vehicle from San Antonio DCJR, till this day, they are amazing when it comes to helping me out, I always get a response within 24 hours. I’ll never get another vehicle from Cavender Chevrolet again. More
