It’s been a headache, Carlos and Ray are there for the commission. This Cadillac dealership cemented my decision in getting another. Service department is just not up to par. I waited over two years to get this item repaired under warranty. And excuse after excuse. I have theee other items I addressed that were never solved. And when they feel the burn they want to treat you like the bad guy. I asked to talk to leadership and they appear to never have passed on message. GM sent text once after a bad survey only to not respond. Not my money, not this place! More
4/26/2024 Service Department is conniving. Jan 2024 I purchased a CERTIFIED 2022 CT5 Sport with approximately 22,000 miles on it, & as of today I’ve only put a little over 1,000 miles on it. B Jan 2024 I purchased a CERTIFIED 2022 CT5 Sport with approximately 22,000 miles on it, & as of today I’ve only put a little over 1,000 miles on it. By the end of March the brakes started to squeak. I took it in & they said they didn’t hear anything & if I did hear the brakes squeaking that was totally normal because that’s common with the CT5 Sport…uh…I think not. I went back home & took video of my husband driving, braking in both drive & reverse, went back & showed them the video, they drove it & finally admitted they heard the brakes squeak. The service manager Carlos told me bring it back Friday & there would be no charge. When I returned on Friday Carlos said the cost would be $989.00 to clean the pads & rotors. I said no way & went back home. Evil & ridiculous! Lazy & incompetent. More
