Service took an hour to even recognize my car arrived. No one noticed or cared that I checked in. My car sat for an hour though I’d scheduled. 3rd update to srx repair. Not only did Gunn Buick fix onstar reboot and voice commandsfor $300 less at $85 ,they repaired the purge valve free which is on recall 070005. Cavender techs and advisors completely incompetent. Why wouldn't they tell you about a recall. The sale person straight out lied to me about the car I test drove and was going to buy - I set it up so I could get this car for my wife - I had it "clearly" planned and the salesman was "clearly" aware o test drove and was going to buy - I set it up so I could get this car for my wife - I had it "clearly" planned and the salesman was "clearly" aware of my intentions - When I showed up a day later, with my wife - he (the salesman) had switched us to another car 10,000 higher cost? He ruined it for us - so - we bought a Caddy at another location - Now my Caddy, under warranty is at this dealership - 14 days tomorrow - with it NOT being corrected yet - I had to contact them to see if anything was being done? They offered me NO Loaner car while mine was there under warranty. I asked them and they said NO - however they offered a loaner to the next customer? Seems like they do not treat customers like customer's - they seem to just not care at all - They are confusing for sure!!! Maybe I should have purchased a Ford, Chevy or anything else from a fair or trusted dealership More
