Cavender Cadillac - Service Center

I purchased a cosmetic warranty, when I purchased my new Escalade, and I thought everything was covered from head to toe, until I needed repair work on my wheel. I curbed the back chrome wheel and was told Escalade, and I thought everything was covered from head to toe, until I needed repair work on my wheel. I curbed the back chrome wheel and was told there’s nothing we can do about it, because we can’t find a repair facility in Texas. So you still have a responsibility to make it right, instead of throwing up your hands and saying oh well! I paid over $100K for my vehicle, and I expect to get better service than this. So what am I supposed to do now? More

Carlos in the service dept. kept up to speed in regards to my repairs and was even able to find me a difficult part to replace in another state.
