Service always efficient and reliable. Carlos keeps me advised of the time and cost. Time usually long and cost high but that has to be expected with a 2006 model even with low miles. The service Department is horrible. This isn't the first time I have had issues with the service department. My vehicle has been there for twelve days as of today, 12/13. My car was tow This isn't the first time I have had issues with the service department. My vehicle has been there for twelve days as of today, 12/13. My car was towed to the dealership on 12/1 because the brakes went out on the highway in a construction area the previous night. Thankfully, I was able to get my car to a safe place. As of today, no accommodations has been made for a loaner or a rental. Being without a vehicle has been stressful, since I work out of town. Today, I had to ask about a vehicle replacement due to the service department not offering a solution. This vehicle is sentimental because this car was gifted to me by my late father. The culture within the service department needs to improve and focus on customer service. I have taken my car for service in the DFW area and the service there is top tier and I was never not offered a loaner vehicle or rental while my car was being service longer than what was expected. For a luxury brand I expect more and they have failed completely! More
