Good and bad. I wish I could write 2 separate reviews. First, the good. Mona went out of her way to work with me on the vehicle I bought. She helped make the buying process a good one. Now for the bad. The outside of the car was immaculate. The inside, not so much. In fact it didn’t look like it had been cleaned thoroughly at all. I had driven off their lot not 3 hours before. My husband informs me the left brake light is out. I call and am told to go buy a bulb anywhere and replace it myself. This is the LED brake light assembly that costs over $700. They did finally agree to look at it and replace it. A month ago. Granted, it was a preowned vehicle and not one of their brands. But followup customer service is not good. Someone in the service department told me that they had sold me a car that was in no shape to leave the lot, not up to their standards. I have heard nothing more from them at this point, a month later. A good point in their favor is that there was an issue with the brakes also, and they fixed them right away. Based on the sales I would recommend. Overall, based on total experience, I could not. More
