That is coupled with a reputation from customer sales, service, and satisfaction. Located originally at 317 Lexington Ave. , the dealership moved to its present location in 1997. It is only fitting, since the present location on Broadway, was the original site of the beginning of the growth of the Cavender brand in South Texas. Started by James M. Cavender, and his twin sons, Jimmy and Billy, the dealerships are now moving into the 3rd generation of Cavenders. Well is has been 34 days now - without a car to drive - My item being corrected is under warranty - I contacted management in person - phone calls - letters - even sent responses to GM Cadillac - and - guess what -NOTHING yet? I doubt that all customers are treated this way however - I have been treated in a way I do not understand - Makes me not want to even go back ever - but I have to get my car eventually - if it is corrected - right ? Awkward position they have put me in for sure!
