The knowledge he had on both vehicles without having to read it was great. He made me feel very comfortable with my inquiry. I was approved within five minutes and was also provided a sample of optional payments and financing for each Cadillac. Estella was in the finance department and was absolutely amazing. She made this process so smooth and also as exciting as Russell did. This whole process was a wonderful experience! Thank you Cavendar Cadillac and thank you Russell and Estella for all you did!! I purchased a vehicle from the dealership on September 11, 2021 while the sales person was very professional and helpful the finance manager Estella Aguilar is very deceptive. When purchasing a vehicle from this dealership be sure that she is not your finance manager as she will add charges onto the price your vehicle. She will tell you that she’s giving you extended warranty as if she’s giving it to you for free she will also add gap insurance onto the total cost and also be aware that she may also add a teft tech package onto your total cost. She will tell you that her printer is not working and have you sign everything digitally with her explaining what you’re signing and at the end all of a sudden her printer will work and then she will print the paperwork off for you, be sure to review all those paperwork to ensure that you do not have additional charges on there for service that you did not agree on. This was my experience with her when buying my vehicle. Within three weeks I contacted her and left messages on her voicemail to cancel those contracts the extended warranty contract, the theft tech packagecontract, as well as the gap insurance. She did not return any of my phone call until I asked to speak with another finance manager who gave her the message I received a call back from her on October 6. Since October 6 I’ve been trying to get my refund for these contracts my extended warranty paperwork said that my extended warranty was with master tech I contacted master tech and they had no such contract even though the paperwork said that it was with them. After contacting Estella again she informed me that it’s with GM financial I contacted GM financial and General Motors none of which have any information on any extended warranty for me nor that vehicle. GM financial advised me that if I did not purchase my vehicle through them then they would not have any extended warranty on the vehicle and connected me to General Motors. I went into the dealership to speak to Patrick Callahan he is the general manager of the dealership Mr. Patrick was very rude, brushed me off and walked away from me as I was trying to explain to him the issue I was having with a Estella and on getting my refund. He told me that he was not going to cut no check and give it to me. I was quite surprised with his behavior because it seemed as though he is only nice when you’re purchasing the vehicle but not when you have issues or need a refund. I also contacted Cadillac and filed a complaint with them through their escalation department. The escalation department also contact me to the customer relations director who called me back yesterday November 3, 2021 in speaking to him he advised me that he was only the service manager and he contact Estella on the phone while I was on hold he came back to inform me that she was contacting Annette in cancellation to find the status and to give her about 25 minutes for me to get a return phone call, I received no such phone call from Estella. Cadillac called me back this morning 11/4/21 and mentioned that they contact the dealership and that I have to work with the dealership directly in getting my refund. I informed them that this is what I’ve been trying to do for a month now to no avail and ask so who do the consumers go to should they have a problems with the dealership? I have filed a Better Business Bureau complaint and I am currently going to take this further I am not letting over $3000 just go to waste. Again be very wary in purchasing a vehicle with this dealership as they are very deceptive. The general manager voicemail said he will call you back by the end of the day as he is in the office he will never return your phone call. No one can say who exactly the extended warranty is with and where my money is. More

3rd update to srx repair. Not only did Gunn Buick fix onstar reboot and voice commandsfor $300 less at $85 ,they repaired the purge valve free which is on recall 070005. Because they want your money.Spred the word about this incompetent on Facebook and other social media's people. Don't get got. More
I purchased a Cadillac Escalade and was led to believe that purchasing the MasterTech Service Contract and Prepaid Maintenance Plan, which cost me $10,889.34, would cover anything that goes wrong in my ca that purchasing the MasterTech Service Contract and Prepaid Maintenance Plan, which cost me $10,889.34, would cover anything that goes wrong in my car. I was specifically told to purchase a windshield replacement plan, key replacement plan and that this MasterTech service contract would be very important because of all of the electronics in my car. A few days ago, I took my car in to have a problem with the window checked and was told of some recommended services. I initially agreed to the services, but was told that my prepaid maintenance nor MasterTech Service Contract would cover these services. In addition, my windshield wipers needed to be replaced and I was told I had to pay for those too. I am extremely disappointed in how I was misled when purchasing my cadillac. I took the finance representative and sales representative at their word. As a veteran, I am happy to support businesses as Cavendar Cadillac, but to be misled to purchase something this expensive to find out it doesnt even cover windshield wipers is unbelievable and wrong. I would NOT recommend this dealership, particularly the tactic to get you to purchase expensive prepaid maintenance plans that do not cover anything. More

He ruined it for us - so - we bought a Caddy at another location - Now my Caddy, under warranty is at this dealership - 14 days tomorrow - with it NOT being corrected yet - I had to contact them to see if anything was being done? They offered me NO Loaner car while mine was there under warranty. I asked them and they said NO - however they offered a loaner to the next customer? Seems like they do not treat customers like customer's - they seem to just not care at all - They are confusing for sure!!! Maybe I should have purchased a Ford, Chevy or anything else from a fair or trusted dealership More
