I purchased a cosmetic warranty, when I purchased my new Escalade, and I thought everything was covered from head to toe, until I needed repair work on my wheel. I curbed the back chrome wheel and was told Escalade, and I thought everything was covered from head to toe, until I needed repair work on my wheel. So you still have a responsibility to make it right, instead of throwing up your hands and saying oh well! I paid over $100K for my vehicle, and I expect to get better service than this. So what am I supposed to do now? More
