They were able to locate the puncture in my tire quickly but 2. 5 hrs to repair a tire is a bit much even if they were busy. He does not seem to enjoy his job because I have never seen him smile once. No good morning. No hello. Always brooding. Joseph and the rest of the customer service staff are friendly and very helpful. I would have given a 5 star rating except for the fact that I had to have the air conditioning fixed last summer.
