Terrible customer service. Went in for an oil change on 6/21/2023. Over the weekend I noticed a puddle of oil in my home garage. I took my truck in this morning and asked to sp Went in for an oil change on 6/21/2023. Over the weekend I noticed a puddle of oil in my home garage. I took my truck in this morning and asked to speak to the Service Manager. I waited over 30 minutes and never got the opportunity to talk to him. The service advisor, however, did take matters into her hands and got my truck quickly checked in. Very inconvenient that I had to take time off of work to get this resolved and left with a mess im my garage that I now have to clean up More

Joseph Hamm was the sales person who responded to my inquiry online for a 2023 GMC Canyon. As with most things online, you never what or who you’re going to get and that goes both ways. We set up a time to meet and that’s where I can’t express enough how professional and knowledgeable he was. I, over-research everything and anything that I plan to buy, rent, visit or that I’m just interested or curious about. Joseph was able to throw in small details that let me know he was in the business of customer satisfaction and to ensure the customer had everything that he knew about the vehicle. Picked up my AT4 and other than some minor details (not attributed to sales) it was an exceptionally quick pick up and drive off experience. I’m sure all their sales people are exception, but if you go with Joseph, he’ll treat you right. More
