Overall a very pleasant experience. Just a simple oil change and tire rotation visit. My advisor was Robert who was super helpful. David Alcantar and Greg (Service Manager) provided exceptional customer service. Our truck was in your shop for about 8 months due to an incorrect diagnosis that resulted in a 6 month part delay, due exceptional customer service. David and Greg were attentive throughout the whole experience. They ensured we always had a loaner vehicle, so that our family would not struggle being down 1 vehicle. Their commitment to making sure that their techs got to the root cause of the issue and ensuring that our vehicle would leave the lot fixed once and for all (took 3 tries to get it right) made us feel taken care of. We were frustrated with the situation, but they truly made a horrible situation feel not that horrible as we didn’t feel inconvenienced. We greatly appreciated their time, concern, and effort. More
The individual who inspected our vehicle, did not actually conduct a physical inspection. They only answered the questions that we suspected were wrong with our vehicle.. we took our vehicle to other actually conduct a physical inspection. They only answered the questions that we suspected were wrong with our vehicle.. we took our vehicle to other places to get checked, since we suspected she did not inspect the vehicle properly due to her response of saying our battery would not hold a charge. All the items $10000 worth dealership said was wrong with our vehicle , the other inspector said there was nothing wrong with it. Not only that, before we could even get our diagnostic back, they called us and asked us if we wanted to sell our vehicle back to them and purchase a new one. That in itself made us suspicious when we got our results back. More
Service was great Dave Iust was excellent in providing service. Only disappointed that the issue of the door lock was no longer covered by my extended warranty.
