Hiring an attorney. Purchased a brand new Chevy 5500 cab n chassis on December 1, 2023.... it had to be towed on Jan 22nd and has been in the shop ever since. It has 20 Purchased a brand new Chevy 5500 cab n chassis on December 1, 2023.... it had to be towed on Jan 22nd and has been in the shop ever since. It has 200 miles on it and cannot be driven... The dealer has done absolutely nothing to be of service, no solutions have been offered which makes me wonder if maybe this happens a lot? Otherwise I would THINK that when someone spends $80k on a new truck and it is completely useless SOMETHING would be done to take care of the situation. So, I would not recommend giving any business to these people they certainly do not care and will not stand behind their vehicles. More

Took four times for the dealership to finally repair my 2021 Chevy Colorado since December 2023. They just did the last repair February 2024. Sloppy work and incompetent. I always had to reach out to them to check on the status of my repairs. It’s like they just don’t care. I finally had to get GM Customer Care involved to get things moving. Every time I got my truck out of the shop the sales department would call immediately wanting to know if I wanted to trade my vehicle in. It seemed a little fishy to me. I bought my truck from this dealership along with the maintenance package and extended warranty. The warranty did not even cover the repairs, is what they told me so I had to pay out of pocket. This dealership makes a lot of promises when they are trying to make the sale and fails to carry through. This dealership is all about the sales and hype, period. I would not recommend buying or getting you vehicle serviced at this dealership. More
