I contacted a local Kia dealer in Little Rock. after filling out my credit app on line and setting a time to pick up my car, I was notified that the car I was in the process of buying was just sold. BAD Business. I then called a Kia dealership in Jacksonville told him what happened and that I needed this done now. He told me there was the car I was looking at on another lot and he would get it transferred and call me back. 8 hours later I called and he said oh I was busy and didn’t get a chance to call the other dealership. BAD business. Frustrated and running out of time I found the model on a lot 1 and 1/2 hours from me. I called Cavenaugh Kia in Jonesboro and explained to the salesman Garrett what had happened, he apologized and said I got you. Less than 20 hours later I drove to Jonesboro and picked up my car. THANK YOU to the staff at Cavenaugh for providing perfect customer service. Buying a car is never pleasant but they made it easy. You saved me and my Marine!! More
