Since I bought my Ferrari California, I have used the service center many times and have been very satisfied until the last service. Matt, who I normally deal with, was sick with Covid while my car was service center many times and have been very satisfied until the last service. Matt, who I normally deal with, was sick with Covid while my car was being serviced so I don't think it was his fault but a part that replaced on my car was not done properly, I have sent photos but have not received a response as of yet. I have a rather busy schedule so I do not have time continually text or call about this issue. I hope to receive a message back soon but I may to call again during my upcoming vacation. More
