I recently purchased a 2004 Ferrari 360 Spider from salesperson Ian Barger and dealt directly with General Manager Nicholas Wilgus in May. I have driven the car maybe 3 times and immediatley the hydra salesperson Ian Barger and dealt directly with General Manager Nicholas Wilgus in May. I have driven the car maybe 3 times and immediatley the hydraulic cylinders and system failed in my convertible top. I reached out to the dealership to address my concerns and for assistance with no avail and no empathy. The General Manager Nicholas told me and I quote "You purchased a 20 year old Ferrari, if you cannot afford to maintain a Ferrari maybe you should not own a Ferrari." They are refusing any responibilty and refuse to assist me with any repairs or replacement. This is not an issue of cost, but rather negligence by by the dealership to properly inspect all systems of the vehicle prior to having the car shipped to me in Arizona for delivery. Additionally the lack of customer service, empathy and concern for a recent customer should be very concerning for future customers of this dealership. I would recommend purchasing and/or servcing your Ferrari at a more established and reputable dealership that cares about their customer More
Great experience. Although the service was delayed due to a problem component, Matt did a very good job keeping me informed! Would definitely return when needed Although the service was delayed due to a problem component, Matt did a very good job keeping me informed! Would definitely return when needed More
Their transport damaged my 458 and they only wanted to repair the busted body panels, instead of replace. $4k in damage, they paid half. Then, in October I purchased a 2022 F8 from here that had a bad win repair the busted body panels, instead of replace. $4k in damage, they paid half. Then, in October I purchased a 2022 F8 from here that had a bad window seal from day one, I took the car back for an adjustment that was to take a few hours and ended up having to leave it for a week, get it back and the problem worse than before. Prior to purchase, I didn’t know if had a bad seal causing wind noise because I didn’t get to test drive the car before signing the paperwork. Their service manager is horrible about returning calls and/or emails. He never follows through with what he says he’s going to do. This place is quick to sell you a car, but their service after the sale is horrible!! After getting the runaround from this dealership for months and trying everything I could to work out a resolution, I finally got fed up and took my car to Boardwalk Ferrari. Boardwalk Ferrari provides the professionalism and experience that you would expect to receive from a Ferrari dealership..night and day difference compared to this place. Not to mention, Boardwalk service is less expensive than St Louis, approximately 30% less than what Cavallino charged me on my last Ferrari. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone! Update (2/6/23): My car is still at Boardwalk Ferrari in Dallas. They had to order a bunch of parts to fix what this dealership did to my car. Wrong fasteners installed inside the door, torn moisture barrier that wasn’t replaced when they worked on the window regulator, etc. Will update again, once the repair is completed. More
