It ended up working out I originally ordered a vehicle and was guaranteed it would be there in 68- weeks. Well that was a lie and it took nearly 2 months for them to correct I originally ordered a vehicle and was guaranteed it would be there in 68- weeks. Chaze was fantastic and it ended up working out that I got a better car than what I ordered in the first place. More

To be sure we saw everything, he took us to some " off location" lots. I know his job is to sell, but I truly didn't feel like he was trying to hurry the process, he seemed genuinely interested to make sure we were as informed about the vehicle as possible. We got the facts, test drive, and a friendly good-by when we departed to go home to think about it all. We decided on the vehicle and price, called him to let him know we wanted the truck, and he immediately got the ball rolling. I might add, this call was around supper time, and I expected that the followup would be the next day. Nope... he had the vehicle prepped, we came back that evening and did the paperwork, and he stayed to get the vehicle delivered, we'll past the 9 o'clock closing time of the dealership. I was excited and pleased to take delivery and see my new truck in my driveway the following morning. Great job! More
