I am a first time Ford A Plan buyer, and this overall experience has been exhausting. I've had my Ford Bronco for less than a year, and experienced continual challenges due to repair omissions and dault experience has been exhausting. I've had my Ford Bronco for less than a year, and experienced continual challenges due to repair omissions and dault of the dealer. After eight months of attempting resolve the repair unsatisfactory. Sales Manager, Mark Anthony, who authorized this service was condescending, and non integral.and the repair was done sloppy compromising the appearance of my truck. Ive reported to Ford customer service who stated the general manager would contact me, Ive called and as of today no response from a two week communique. Traded a 2020 Ranger Lariat a vehicle for a 2021 F-150 XLT with a lit of damage to bed of truck and 2 bad tires. Salesman offered to fix bed with spray in bedliner with lifetime warranty as well as replac XLT with a lit of damage to bed of truck and 2 bad tires. Salesman offered to fix bed with spray in bedliner with lifetime warranty as well as replace the old w/ 2 new tires and warranty as well. I agreed to purchase after all work performed. I then paid for the truck in full and when they brought truck to me for delivery, it was not clean or detailed. I shared w/ salesman it needed to be cleaned. He advised the dealership was short staffed and he began spaying & cleaning the exterior. I requested to speak to GM and used car mgr appeared & took the vehicle returning several minutes later. It still was dirty w/ muddy floor mats and chewing gum stuck to the carpet & mat. I was uneasy about this and asked for the warranties for both bedliner & tires. Salesman cited he woyld get thim to me . I explained they should be delivered now after taking possession. He claimed it was Saturday and the person he needed to get warranties from was not working & assured he would get them for me. I left the dealership unhappy with all that happened. Monday 4/22 I reached out to salesman many times to obtain warranties & was then advised he learned there were no warranties! I stated, I was lied to & he misrepresented the warranties to coerce me into purchasing the F150 truck in order to make a sale, and if i did not receive, I would be returning the F150 & stopping payment as this was unacceptable & a Classic, bait & switch. Now after numerous messages , the GM refuses to respond. The Used Car Mgr. called & advising he sent me via email , a 2 yr warranty on the tires. I shared if all warranties promised were not delivered by 4/23, i would be returning the F150 & he cited if i did that, i would lose my 10k equity on my trade in and they would keep the the money and not return of my Ranger trade in. No email of anykind was ever received from him. I contacted Ford Customer & filed a grievance. Customer Service advised they would contact Cavalier Ford & have the GM of dealership contact me. That also did not happen through today's date of 4/26/24. Do not do business with this dealership as they as dishonest ! No integrety ! More

Professional, friendly and accommodating. Ed (Sales Mgr), Leshawn and Willie (Sales Rep) and Rich (Finance) were all extremely helpful and answered all my questions with confidence. They had Ed (Sales Mgr), Leshawn and Willie (Sales Rep) and Rich (Finance) were all extremely helpful and answered all my questions with confidence. They had me in and out quickly and the entire process was painless ( except for that finance guy). Just kidding, I understand he’s got a job to do. I did end up taking the premium maintenance plan because Rich gave a pretty good deal on it and I’ll make out in the end on all the covered maintenance parts included. All in all, highly recommend Cavalier Ford of Greenbriar. Also, I cannot complain at all on what Ed gave me for my trade in. Will definitely be using them for all my future service needs simply based upon the friendliness of the the staff. Great job Cavalier Ford and keep it up. P.S. their online buying process is very transparent and informative. More
