Excellent experience! John was very helpful, showing us 4 different Edge’s, working it down to 2 different colors before we decided on the Star White Titanium Elite. This John was very helpful, showing us 4 different Edge’s, working it down to 2 different colors before we decided on the Star White Titanium Elite. This despite a cold, windy morning! Then he worked with us all day getting the deal right! The rest of the managers involved were quite professional in understanding and meeting our needs. The car was cleaned up, gassed and delivered by 6:00 that evening. Looking forward to visiting the Service department for regular maintenance and the Parts department for needed equipment. More

I have been to this particular service dept. before i decided to buy a new car. So i pretty much had a general idea about the wonderful, patient and caring team. When i drive up for service i am queen for a day, they are on time, the waiting area and bathrooms are clean, most of all everyone is friendly regardless of what has happened before i got there or whatever they are going through, customers come first. thank you, Nick. Normally any repairs I've had done here before was done in a timely manner. Now the pricing is generally on the highish side but tolerable. Not this time. Took my car in as there was a problem with the in a timely manner. Now the pricing is generally on the highish side but tolerable. Not this time. Took my car in as there was a problem with the drivers side door handle as it broke. They diagnosed it and said that some "assembly" needed to be replace and it would take about three days to get it in. Total estimated cost was over $900. I said NO as I had a feeling this wasn't right. Still got charged $175 just for their "diagnosis". Took it to another place the next day that's I've used before and they fixed the door that same day and the price was just barely over $300. Apparently just a bracket broke and that's all that needed to be replaced. I should have taken it to them in the first place! Door handle now works like the car is new. So I wasted $175 but overall saved a bunch of $ and time by not having the dealer do the work. More
