My wife and I brought my Honda Civic down for a maintenance check up because I had a trip planned that weekend. While we were there, having checked in with our service writer Matt, and spoken with our mechanic Pete about what I was looking to have done, we met with our prior sales rep Eric about getting copies of stolen documents from our previous purchases. Jennifer had been our sales rep before Eric and, since her triumphant return, we deferred back to her with questions regarding our other vehicle, a Nissan Murano. Jennifer knew we had some issues with this vehicle so looked into our loan and what could be done to put my wife in a newer, more reliable vehicle. Though there were some issues caused by a clerical error from a dealership in another state, Jennifer worked thoroughly with Mike to figure out the financing possibilities and loan potentials. Though it took most of the day(my civic had been finished for quite some time), by the time we were ready to head home, a loan had been arranged, paperwork had been signed, and my wife had keys to a new Honda Fit. We absolutely love coming to Causeway Honda. We've been doing business with them for a decade and, though we recently moved further north, we can't see NOT going there for all our service and sales needs. Everyone is very friendly, always offers a smile, a greeting, a hand shake, and does what they can to make sure you have a pleasant experience, even if they have to give you bad news. I always walk in with a smile because I know I'm going to be treated well and like a friend, not just another customer. We were very happy to learn that Jennifer had returned! She is a wonderful person to work with. She is very friendly, extremely thorough, and exceptionally dedicated to doing everything within her means to get her customers what they want. I can assure anyone that works with Jen that it is almost impossible to have a bad experience! Thank you, Causeway Honda, for bringing Jen back! As far as the ratings I assigned go, the only reason the price got a "Good" rating is because there are no free cars. Can't be "Great" if it can't be free. More

Caitlin was an excellent navigator; she put me at ease and made my purchase experience both effortless and enjoyable! She even helped me "move in" my new car by emptying out my trade. I left my radar de and made my purchase experience both effortless and enjoyable! She even helped me "move in" my new car by emptying out my trade. I left my radar detector in the center console and upon realizing circled back to the dealership. As soon as I pulled up, Caitlin had my radar detector in a bag waiting for me. That was really going the extra mile. Also, everyone at this dealership is personable and agreeable. I recommend Caitlin and the Causeway family of dealerships without reservation. More

She went thru the entire process with us from selecting the car, test driving the car, answering all our q making sure we were completely satisfied. didnt really deal with many people besides Kevin and Uli but they were both amazing employees who answered everything question I asked and who still to this deal, 8 months later, still call at times to make but they were both amazing employees who answered everything question I asked and who still to this deal, 8 months later, still call at times to make sure everything is going good. Everyone at Causeway Honda went above and beyond in their service. I was nervous and unsure about what to do because this was my first car purchase. I was having trouble with the bank in the beginning, but they sat with me and continued to work with the bank to make sure it would work out. They did their very best to make sure that I left with a smile, and I did! It was a great experience and I'm so glad that I got my car from there. I hope to continue getting service from Causeway Honda, and would definitely recommend it to everyone! Thank you to everyone that helped me get my car that day. More

I bought a brand new Accord from them and then had to be towed at 10,000 miles due to oil problems with the car. Had numerous visits to service for the same recurring problem (towed 2 more times). They ke towed at 10,000 miles due to oil problems with the car. Had numerous visits to service for the same recurring problem (towed 2 more times). They kept telling me that it was normal for this model to need the oil changed every 3,000 miles, for it to be down more than a quart every time and for the car to act as though the engine was ready to seize every 3,000 miles. They jerked me around for 40,000 miles until i finally called corporate pleading to bring my car to another dealership for evaluation for no charge (since i was past my warrantee now). The new dealership evaluated the problem the first time, had to replace the engine admitting that the engine was faulty and was extremely helpful. I wouldn't buy a skateboard from this dealership. They are inept, deceptive and could care less about their customers once they have your money. BEWARE! Bernie Madoff is more trustworthy than this dealership. More
