Wonderful experience....no pressure...no anxiety! After a 4 month search for my son's first car as well as one for myself and after dealing with multiple "ethically-challenged" car dealerships through After a 4 month search for my son's first car as well as one for myself and after dealing with multiple "ethically-challenged" car dealerships throughout New Jersey, I spontaneously found myself on a rainy Monday evening at the lot of Causeway Honda. There I was met by Jennifer Baker. As I had done with previous sales people, I explained what I was looking for and exactly how I intended to accomplish my goals. I also explained my frustration and lack of trust with prior car dealerships because of their galactic failure to consistently disclose ALL of the material terms of any potential deal. I must have walked out of half a dozen dealerships prior to entering Causeway Honda. I explained to Jen that I felt like I was starting the entire car-buying process all over again. Jen listened to my stories of woe and could clearly see the anxiety on my face. She quickly put me at ease and took the time to explain the Causeway Honda car buying process. Without going on and on here (which I could do), suffice it to say, ALL of my needs were met, ALL of my goals accomplished, and ALL of my preconceived notions regarding car salespersons were put to bed. My Causeway Honda story began on a rainy Monday and ended on Saturday with the purchase of my sons first car on a Friday and my new lease on a Saturday. This simply could not be accomplished, in the manner in which it was accomplished without Jen Baker and her patience, kindness, understanding, and willingness to hear me out and make things work. But wait....there's more....I also want to give kudos to Michael Vanacore (Business Manager) who also put me at ease in closing the deal. If you are anxious in any way about buying a car and somewhat untrusting of car salespeople, I understand as I am the same way, however, I would urge you to go see Jen Baker and Causeway Honda as I did and, after only a few moments, your fears and anxieties will disappear. I explained that I was only 15 minutes out and I was driving and that it woukd be unsafe for me and my 7 year old son to risk stopping on the Garden State Parkway to provide this to him. He continued to insist to a poin t I told him to keep the car and I would seek to purchase from another dealer. This is pathetic the sale over human safety! More

Happy Honda Days is not Just at Christmas I've bought quite a few vehicles over the years, different makes and models, and this is my first Honda. I have to say it was probably the most plea I've bought quite a few vehicles over the years, different makes and models, and this is my first Honda. I have to say it was probably the most pleasurable experience I've ever had. I never had the feeling to walk out; I felt the salesperson went out of her way to work with us, and never seemed pushy. Yes, we spent the requisite three plus hours at the dealership before closing the deal, but that wasn't due to haggling. It was simply the process. I've experienced a salesperson having to talk to the manager to check out a price I wanted, and he would come back a half hour later, or I would leave because I got tired of waiting. That did not happen here. I honestly don't know if it was because this is the first time a young lady was the salesperson, instead of a man, or just because she combined her skill as a salesperson with a winning personality and a genuine interest in helping us through the process without "bullying" the client. So, the combination of the personable, professional nature of the salesperson and the quality of the product would absolutely drive us (no pun intended) back to Causeway Honda in the future, as well as suggesting that dealership to others. More

Not once did I feel obligated, or hassled into something I didn't want. My salesperson listened to my needs and wants, and provided me with EXACTLY what I needed.....a GREAT CAR! Not once did they try to deter me from my initial search, which was a relief. The process was quick, and I was driving my car home that day. Even the waiting room facility was enjoyable (I played on the computer!). I would strongly recommend going to Causeway Honda, in Manahawkin, for all of your car needs. More
