When I arrive at your service department for my appointment I was met with a young man who informed me in a very professional and friendly manner to see my service advisor. That's when I met Becca Vander horn who was a pleasure to talk to you about my service. Becca is an asset to your business she informed me about my service options what I needed for my explorer and I thought what a difference in the way I was treated by Becca. she turned my opinion of your service department from poor to excellent.
